You

I fell enchanted by the beauty of your deep mesmerizing eyes They were so dark and intense of a pale blue hinted hue of green You had a contagious laugh as we laughed until we cried Oh you had to hold your sides, so funny you and I We sang all night making up lyrics that didn’t rhyme I could have sworn though you played that guitar in perfect time Moments those were not stolen by the evil clock I feel so enlightened when you hold me near No cold could get through this tight grip of ours Nothing to chill the chest and or make the fever temperate We are one intertwined I fell into You
