Doesn't yoga make you feel soooooo good? I got into it late, a few years ago and luv it! If it weren't for Yoga and Tai-Chi, I'd be in agony all winter with arthritis, like I used to. This was a wonderful meditative poem.

Yoga is great exercise, I started doing it myself a few months ago. Lovely poem!
