Yipes Stripes
Once upon a time, Like now
I had a friend
He was a cow
And a pretty cow he was for sure
Spots of black and white he wore
One day we walked, to the zoo
The Sun was bright
The sky was blue
Among the animals there were that day
We saw a Zebra come out to play
My friend, the cow, looked in vein
Upon the stripes, that showed so plain
I wish, I had those stripes , He thought
They're so much better
Than these spots
My friend was sadden by his state
"Oh why" he said
"Why such a fate"
I wish those stripes could be all mine
Then I could look that mighty fine
Now as my friend was feeling down
The Zebra stopped
Then came around
He saw my friend, and then he said
"I wish I had your spots instead"
