Yesterday Today and Tomorrow

I loved you yesterday I love you today I will love you tomorrow too for this is what the Lord has asked us to do somethings happen in life and we may never know the reasons why but I will love you when you laugh I will love you when you cry you may never understand why I Love you and would be willing to support you in all that you do but yesterday, today and tomorow too whatever life may bring I will still Love you. John 13 v 35 Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” hebrews 6 v 10-12  For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers,* as you still do. 11 Our great desire is that you will keep on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true. 12 Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God’s promises because of their faith and endurance. John 15 v 13 There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command. 15 I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. 16 You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name. 17 This is my command: Love each other.

Guess I didn't make my point clear, Diane. Can all the 37,000+ churches, each with its own set of doctrines and moral standards, and all of whom call themselves Christian be equally approved by God, and if not which one is right? Wouldn't we have to measure those doctrines and moral standards against John 15:13? Which one refuses to go to war and kill his his counterpart in a foreign nation? Is there any church today that measures up?

yes that is true, and God said in the end times we will see wars and rumours of wars, and nation will rise up against nation nad even sons and daughters against their parents. its because of free will people do this. it is sad so may feeling for their lives and their own people are killing them. but one day it will all be over. thanks be to God.

Good thoughts here, Diane. That quote of John 15:13 has to make one wonder, though. about the 37000+ churches worldwide who call themselves Christian and yet allow themselves to be sent to war to kill one another whenever the president tells them to. Seems like a strange way to show their love, doesn't it?
