Yearn To See Pigeon In Human

Pigeon-Tower at entrance of village
Different breeds of pigeons feeding on grains

Pigeons picking up grains
Beaks, not distinguishing grains, by donors religion

Grains, of different donors, lie scattered
All looking same, no tags of donors religion on grains

Pigeons, picking grains randomly, a routine since ages
No dynasties, no politicians could teach them to be choosy

In peace they live, bite, fly, return, bite, fly
Harmony personified, humans made them symbol of Peace

Seeing pigeons harmony, bit jealously seeped in
Wondered, why humans can't be just pigeons ?

Humans run free meals home, religion based
Hunger is secondary, religion gets one free meal

Hunger does not unite, religion uses them for riots
Hunger for food is turned into hunger for blood

Let human hunger learn from Pigeons
Be concerned with grain, indifferent to donors religion

Yearn to see a Pigeon in Human
Wonder, can Human not replace Pigeon, as symbol of Peace?
