Year My Mind Disappeared 1969
Sticks with poison chopper blades spinning
Descending Dust off to the ground
Yellow smoke alerting grenades launching
Red cross landing AK’s shooting
Bloody men lifted aboard
Bandages dripping with blood
Traps set bouncing Betty ready
C rations ate M-16 awaits
Back to fighting a war
Naked and afraid
When will I wake up from this nightmare
