Soft as the morning, dawning with hope For the moments who are calling… Wistful and warm, dreaming of the light Fading gentle against the night’s sky, Birthing the reflection, graceful, so special Like inspiration’s breath, sighing serene Wonderful as the autumn breeze, listening To the rustling pleas of leaves who dance In the wind, lifting blessings in silent prayers Beautiful as the music, praising God, reverently Bruising the spirit with the tendency to bring Promises to life, blowing away the strife, Producing joy from the wild forest lights, shadows Foretelling of the moments when smiles Fade into the past, seeking the dreams sought By heavy hearts, overburdened by doubts Dancing through the soul, hopes so bold Silencing the tears, despair that remembers Promises broken, peace forsaken, light erased By loss, failures, feelings bleeding shame, Guilty of the offenses, the presence of doubt Clouding the gentling dreams, the memories Whispering… Is this reality? Is this insanity? Is this the heart’s fear? All over the skin, trembling, aching, words without end Promises broken by changes, urging the feelings Taking away all the past, securing the future with a prayer Hope for the promise of paradise, eternity – forever With His boldest pen, He wrote my name into His book Life everlasting, with Him, in paradise – I’m thankful, so thankful

Isn't it wonderful to feel assured that our names are written down not in anything we have done but only in what Christ did on Calvary. Thanks for sharing this one with us and for dropping by my page. Sara
