Writer's Purgatory

I'm living in Writer's Purgatory,
Having these thoughts and telling these stories,
Writing some things of which I am sorry,
Living in Writer's Purgatory.

I'm living in Writer's Purgatory,
Sometimes my writing seems kind of boring,
Sitting here patiently waiting for Glory,
Living in Writer's Purgatory.

I'm living in Writer's Purgatory,
Trying to make some sense of a story,
Writing down words from a small inventory,
Living in Writer's Purgatory.

I'm living in Writer's Purgatory,
Hoping that someone will read all my stories,
Not wanting to make it obligatory,
Living in Writer's Purgatory.
