Writer's Block

Looking at the blank paper
Trying to salvage something from my blank brain
The ink of my thoughts have dried
Leaving me with nothing
Nothing to say
And nothing to write
My pen looking at me
With so many questions
And the paper staring at me with expectations
They say its writer’s block
But I feel as if my life has been blocked

We all go through it from time to time..Inspiration will come in a scent, a sight, something from the news or most any other place you just have to be receptive..I find when I am stressed or tired or haven't had enough sleep that the inspiration doesn't come so easily..Thanks for stopping by..Sara

would keep my senses alive...it's strange..usually a raindrop and a snowfall would trigger a waterfall of words and this time even beautiful full fledged snowfall couldn't help me salvage a word...i think u r rt,i am a bit stressed out....have to relax and let thing process themselves....thanks Sara..:)

Hope you will soon get out of this.I have been there too.Write a poem which starts with the line -"With so many questions'--of any length..4 lines...6 lines..this is a way to get out of writer'e block. It worked for me.
