Write Your Eulogy

WRITE YOUR EULOGY
Near the end of the walk on the long road Under the setting sun’s cold twilight hue You may look back at fading footprints old That tells to write the eulogy for you. In reverse time you fly in the old sky Search within the archive your life has made Some traits crumbled to dust you don’t know why Some depict you lying obscure in shade. A loving spouse sharing life’s each moment A caring parent showing children dream A happy person with no true lament An optimist tries to cross turbulent stream. This is what in your eulogy you’d see Others would validate when you won’t be.
