It is a good poem Demetrios and a fitting tribute to that most common element of life....aging, Thank you for bringing my attention to it.

If age is your interest my friend, Mark, then you could read my poem " My Age and I'' which is included in my book! No, I am not going to tell you which one! Haha! Thank you!

I am certain there is no need for you, dear Donna, to wear any makeup to cover your, so called wrinkles, for they add to your charm and beauty! Thank you for visiting and for passing the message!

LOVE it!!! Did you see my Wrinkles poem. This could be the introduction to it. It's so short and sums it up very well.

So true, Demetrios. Fortunately I'm not that much bothered by appearance. If wrinkles define my age, so be it. I simply live with it. Hats off to your eloquence, my young friend. I wish you a good weekend ahead. Licia :-)

Dear Licia, thank you for the "young friend" that is very generous and kind of you BUT in reality I am young for I am still dreaming! I am happy to see how wise you are by accepting your age with equanimity! This is what we all have to do for to suffer less and enjoy life more till the last moment! Thank you again for you gracious comment!

Demetri mou....HOW? Ma pos kanis aufto? Pos boris na kanis kati pou then enai, aspoume, oraios, oraia? WOW! I'm so impressed. Of course...You must realize that wrinkles grace men's faces more beautifully than they do women's. That is the unfortunately truth. Man age beautifully. Yourself a prime example. Lovely poem indeed.

Agapiti mou Eileen, there are certain things that make people unhappy BUT if we look at the same things from a different angle then things do not look as bad! This is what I am always trying to do: to encourage people along this challenging trip called life! Thank you very much for your heartfelt comment!

I heard that for every stressed out moment you overcome you receive a wrinkle! It is a blessing from God that you receive this wrinkle to commemorate your victory, like a trophy for example! Many think it's a bad thing, but it really is a good thing to get wrinkles, it shows your experience with life and how you turned out from it...victoriously! This is a tremendous write my friend! I truly loved reading each work of this awesome poem this morning! What a special piece, Great Work!!

My friend, Russell, to be honest I have never read something like that myself. Being old enough myself though I know that wrinkles is a blessing and not a curse since the Good Lord gives us the chance to get older! So I wanted to encourage my fellow older "wrinkle bearers" to wear them with pride! Thank you so much for bringing the story to my attention!
