Wrinkled But Sharp

fading memory
slow to speak
clarity soon gone

Tina, this is a poem that makes me stop and think...could it be age? Or might it be the feeling one has before the eyes close and surgery commences? Or something else? Somehow, it speaks to me. Keep up the good work!

Hi Tina.. So glad I had the opportunity to read your interesting poem this morning. I'm heading home from a road gig today and won't have this chance again for a while. Happy Weekend!
