why are you angry this day

what has angered you intensely
This may seem petty
but is it wrong for me to be worried
is it wrong for me to show concern

why won't you answer me

you are always there for me
so let me be there for you this day
Well regretfully I had my chance to
but slumber called upon me first
and I didn't see your grief
and I didn't see your strife
till I awoke at first light by the hour of five

by any means, would it help if I said I love you
No, I doubt it would
with my track record in words
I feel I'd just make a fool of myself
and say the wrong words, just making it worse

what can I say or do to make everything okay

what can I do to make a smile appear once again upon your face
or would it be better
if I just shut up and let everything alone
I do have tendencies to become the annoying one
and I guess I exceed my admission today

if it's me that's apart of the wrath you rage
then I apologize sincerely
but if it's your wrath that needs to be let out
take it all out on me
I could care less about my own safety
