Would You Come Back

If I did everything you said,
would you come back to me? 
If I said that you are all that I need,
would you stay and not leave?

If I became the person you wanted
me to be, would you come back to me?
If I changed so that you could see,
then would you come back to me?

What if I got on my knees, beg you not
to walk away from me, would you change
your mind, would you come back to me?
