Would You

Looking back over those years when there was no money, no place to call home, ever on the move struggling to survive, would you do it all over again, would you still love me? So much indecision, so many fears and doubts questioning who we were, wondering, should we go it together where was life taking us on this journey, should you, could you, would you still love me? What did we know, did we have a clue when the path took us along these steps two hearts, forever bound in unison, soul mates, do you see it as I do, the years now gone, would you still love me? There's no going back now, only memory remains, it's all been done without any chance of do-overs, you and me, me and you, fifty-three years shared tell me true, would you still love me as deep as I still love you? 12/11/18 Edward Ibeh's contest Would you still love me?
