Would We Kill You

I look at the dog who has lost control She won’t wear doggie diapers to save her soul I said to my husband we have to put her down. A more empathetic dog man cannot be found What if it were you? He asks me, would we kill you? I know we would not, and at this point it makes me blue. Because my back is aching so much, I want to die too. But dare I say this to my handsome prince true?
