Would We Ever Learn
Hallelujah
Thank you Lord
For everything you give me
You made everything seem so easy
That is because of your abundant love
God what do I ever do without you?
You have made possible everything
Thank you for the many gifts that you bestowed on me
I surely did not deserve them
But you gave
You said you are not a respecter of persons
And you would do that for everyone
Thank you Lord
For thinking of us
Lord sometimes we doubt you
Because we don’t see your hands at work
But you are doing it
We just did not know it
We scream and rave
Cry and get mad
But all the while you are so patient
Doing it your way
Because you know yours is the perfect way
You know the destination and the result
And what needs to get there
Lord how can we ever be so full of faith
That nothing can waver us
Doubt us
Doubt in your love?
What would it take God?
You just keep doing over and over
And would we ever learn?
