Worst Morning After

I remembered the very first toss The dare that emptied twelve cups Disregarding the rules of engagemnt Ales and spirits, vodka and brandy I just ordered bring them on. I heard laughter in every voice I relished the joy of every thought. Then that last puff on the joint... I blacked out. It started like soft clicks Hammering, then full blown drums With the snares and that extra kick. The trumpets of traffic broke the bliss Hurriedly I awoke to the bugle My head hitting the fan, literally. I remembered my first day at work.
