Why, because its just an alliance, which isn't bad, but first it has to be inspected infected injected detected, neglected and selected, and all kinds of other things before it's implemented, unless of course its rejected. In which case they have to get 41 countries to re-evaluate and start again. That's why not my friend. Love your poem. Wen
