Lying in a casket what would you like to hear mourners say?
Words of praise or perhaps their true feelings to betray?
“He was a very good man and everyone liked him so well.
And he is going to be missed just far more than I can tell.”
“I am not surprised at all that so young he passed away.
His drinking, smoking and high living, health did betray.”
“I hear that his wife already has another mate picked out.
She will be glad now that he is gone, I haven’t a doubt.”
The best thing to hear them say with an astonished gulp
Are the awed words, “Hey look at that, he is getting up!”
