Words of Love

Listen to poem:
Words of love have many spills, harboring heartbreaks in their chills, Birds of song upon yonder hills, singing sorrows amongst the daffodils… We get lost within adoration, whirlpools drowning waters of flirtation, Debris of love in mutation, with pendulous promises in rapid rotation… Sunny days that slowly fade, lovers lost amidst their sentiment shade, Honeydews that have been sprayed, only dilute as they stand decayed… Whispers of love that evaporate, as the malevolent minds do magistrate, Twisters surround and obliterate, the love we once had we watch deflate. So many thoughts and emotions within, as love holds each moment so close- yet, there is a touch sadness. This is so beautifully written and presented, my Warrior with Wings. Hugs, Brandy

Love that spills so abundantly is especially sad to see deflate. An excellent piece of writing, ^WW^ ~ good luck in the contest!
