Words of Encouragement

You've given me encouragement every single day,
You have helped me to fly, in your kind and loving way,
You lifted my wings with your wind, so I could see,
Which is more than anyone has ever done for me.

How do I put into words, things that I can never say,
Your words of encouragement are always here to stay,
My love and thankfulness, if I can repay it I would,
I am writing this because only you knew that I could.





This poem is dedicated to my Mom, Janet Deschler.
She is always the "wind beneath my wings".
