Words Like a Fool's Golden Dream
If pretty words are just
A fool's golden dream,
Then I am quite
Contentedly ignorant...
Perhaps poets will
Never be the holders
Of the world's wealth,
But at least they may
Forever be the beholders
Of its richness-
Besides, it's said that
God protects fools,
So at least I still
Retain the right
To feel blessed.
