Words Embrace

So tender, as words hold me within a secret embrace
Each of us knowing what the other truly means
Though distant, we somehow see each others face
And the radiance, there within, that outwardly beams

Alive, we then feel, when our words convey art
They speak feelings so deep, to share them, a must
The feeling of comfort to each other, we impart
Through the generous nature and undying trust

I know I can feel another's soul through their poetry, a secret place we are blessed, as poet's, to be able to reach, as most in our lives never get to feel that within us, as they do not "get" poetry!
