Words transcend the chains that bind
Cast away restraints of mind
Play in harmony to paint daydreams
Among tall pines and flowing streams
As I write them, each one to share
These words, I want to take you there
Let you touch as I have done
Feel emotions one by one
To share in moments, moments past
That beg to be remembered last
This place where I myself have been
And with these words to tell again
How nature’s selfless wonders give
A place where our soul can live
