Words from the mouth of the wise are gracious, but fools are consumed by their own lips. Ecclesiastes 10:12 NIV The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21 NIV

Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. James 3:5?-?6 NIV

Good one. Yes, we do use words carelessly sometimes for some and for others all the time. Your visit to my blog was encouraging. Thank you. Sara

Unfortunately, this is true, Alexis.. words are often used carelessly. Your words were used wisely in your timely and potent monoku. Warmest wishes, my friend.. ~Susan
