Word Play
WORD PLAY
Tasting butter from toast
Butterfly flies fluttering wings, uttering whistles.
Listener caterpillar sliding on bamboo pillar.
Sparrows dancing, prancing
on narrow furrows of non-mowed meadow.
Wild weeds and thorny bushes playing with shattered shadow
Fast is rabbit with chewing habit to have its breakfast
on tender leaves and slender foliage.
Chameleon champion on disguise mesmerizing massy grass.
Spotted deer are spotted wandering leisurely in early dawn.
Feral flowers yielding angry aroma
making fool bumble bee tumbling
on glossy patina of sepals, and petals.
Few dew drops glistening, twinkling on periwinkles.
Morning gradually turning noon.
Pale stale waning Moon winked at dazzling sizzling Sun.
Rains drizzling, rainbow rushing in rapture,
captured in platonic panorama.
Me lazy, crazy, oblivion observer
stepping horizontal, dreaming vertical, glancing conical,
hearing viral, speaking spiral,
enchanted on variety of viola.
Drank desires, mind soared high with eager egret.
No regret, heart danced delight
yet reasoning and emotive urge always clash to fight.
