Woops, He Miscalculated

Woops, He Miscalculated By Elton Camp It was quite a stir the reverend did begin He named the date the world would end However, the time he set came and went And of some “rapture” there wasn’t a hint Now he says he missed it only by a bit And that October twenty-first sure is it You’d think he’d learn from his mistake And not such specific predictions make The very book that he thumps so loud Says such exact knowledge’s not allowed But since the end of times he does now stall I guess I’ll have to go mow the yard after all

Renee, I suppose the man is sincere, but he sure needs to wise up. The Scripture says nobody knows the day or hour except God, not even Jesus his only-begotten son. Elton
