Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman, a beauty to behold
Her adventures something to be extolled
In a world where mostly men are superheroes
Like Jack Reacher and the Robert De Niros
Comes a woman who stands straight and tall
For right and justice and never takes a fall
So, I want to give her a place among the best
Since she’s head and shoulders above the rest.

Very few women had that role as a superhero. Cat women I believe was a villain. Then there were Charlies Angels but I don't think they were super heroes.
