Women For Sale a Dollar a Pound

dollar for each pound you weigh,
many angered up at this
largest woman there, most kind
she was worth her weight

Ooh, a very honest Dodoitsu. Too many times people are overworked and underpaid because of their looks or the way they dress. Well done.

I had 23 job interviews when I moved to this town; when they saw me their hopes fell to the floor through their eyes; I did not get a job offer. I was petite then, so I figured it was my age. I have a young voice on the phone, but I was 55 at the time.

that's a sweet message. I have a sister who is obese, and she is just about the kindest soul you would ever meet. I am average weight, so at least i might be worth SOMEthing. heehee

Most of my friends would really like this in one way, and detest it in another. I was in a silly mood when I wrote it.

I think women are most often undersold. We all have valor and yes we ought to be sold for all we are worth, small midling or large lol, Nice write Caren. Thankyou .

Ahh!! Cute one. Sometimes a large woman is one of the nicest women that you could meet. I think this is a good time to say that there are several genes associated with obesity that is they are abnormal genes. So the large man or woman isn't necessarily large because of lack of self-control or other bad traits. There is one gene that is abnormal that sets some women's weight at 200 lbs. which is very hard to fight against. So a large woman you know might be fighting everyday to overcome. Sara

I am so glad that you have said this; most of my friends are a little more heavy than whatever but I know practically no one who falls within the "recommended weight" limits imposed by insurance companies. They are laughable if you ask me.

I write this in honor of myself and thousands of others who are frankly some of the nicest women I know.
