Women are the soul and body of society, so why compromising and neglecting. Why not receiving equal pay and rights. Are not you have mothers and sisters in your home.Do not you know how important and crucial they are.Thus respecting their and other women rights is not only essential for individual society but for a greater extent. However this not the situation, people are ignorant about women rights in houses ,workplaces and in society in general.Is this right .Is this the right way.In my opinion ,not.
