A strange thing just happened, I woke up dead
Was on my way to the promised land ahead
Angels were singing
To my jammies, was clinging
Then the alarm went off and I jumped out of bed

I agree with Jerome, this is a good poem.That was some dream you had. Sometimes dreams can seem to be real. Like being there, only you are asleep.I want to wish you a Merry Christmas.

Good one! If you don't mind, here's my variation on it: Early today I woke up quite dead;/ The promised land was just ahead./ The angels were singing/ And the belles were ringing,/ But I turned over and went back to sleep instead.
