Woes

Woes
disrupt
peace of mind.
Who to lean on?
There’s no one to call,
hard swallows make it worse.
Stillness just brings discomfort,
start moving and use that focus!
A thousand tasks talk inside my head,
orbiting around they won’t be rubbed out.

Once woes take over becoming active can be too much. Take one small step at a time. Even if that step is to get out of bed.
