Witness Protection
At one time I was lost in the sea
seems no one could here my plea
the waves came one after the other
knocking holes in my boat
The enemy had me blinded
to focus on my boat filling with water
faster than I could get out
I had lost the life jackets
in these struggles
This is what he does
wants one to focus on things to torture
keeping one caught up in this world
I now can see this
so I want to tell all
therefore I have been placed in Witness Protection
The Lord Jesus has changed my identity
changing the way I talk
and to recognize temptations in my walk
He will work with all to change
With your eyes you shall see
With your ears you shall hear
With His word and truth you shall live
The Lord Jesus has transported me to another land
there shall be no sinking boats in this land
and the water shall be calm
The enemy shall not cause harm
For when you are protected with Jesus
nothing else is there to fear
What a gift to be protected
not of the things we see
but of the unseen
