Without You
without you
an empty world,
core frozen,
remembers the heat
reflected in gemstones
within its crust.
sun flares flagrantly mock.
wasting its fire
on emptiness.
where is the one
who burned for me
my sun,
our molten moments left
as scars, invisible.
I wear minutes
wrapped about me
like chains.
they weigh so heavily
marking my breasts,
my hips.
why are you not here to free me?
