Without You

Without you I am nothing, but I've found this out too late.
Now I wish I never left you.
I'm like a child with a empty plate or like a fence without a gate.
You were my true mate and I let you slip away.
I cry about it every day.
No love is not a game, I found this out the hard way.
Without you I'm like the moon without the sun.
I'm like the desert with no rain.
If only you knew my suffering.
If only you knew my pain.
But it's not your fault it's mine that I'm without you this time.
