Without a Word

You wandered in the still of night,
                     slipping quietly through a sacred light.

                        No more burdens or pain to bear,
                     free at last, from sorrow and despair.

             You live amongst the sun, the moon, and stars;
                   I feel your tender touch, even from afar.
