I always give the same advice....listen to both heart and mind before making a decision; they balance each other. ~ Regards // paul

The Bible tells us that above all things the heart is deceitful. Very often the mind will give us sensible advice when the heart leads us in another less sensible direction. Very well said my friend. God Bless, JB

The heart feels such intense emotions and is tender, as opposed to a determined mind that wants to think logically - two great forces - a debate ever present between the two! a well penned, clever write. Poetry hugs, Jenny

Emotions sometimes cloud better judgement. It is best to weigh all options, before making a decision. If you are following the heart when leaping- it is smart to use common sense as the parachute. ~ Brandy

I think it is an ever lasting struggle! The clutches of the mind versus a delicate heart! The mind is a fierce judge and leader, never stops arguing its way out.. Absolutely agree with your lovely verse, dear Vijay, though there are a few times when there is no harm to let the heart take the lead.. always a great pleasure to read your poetry. My deepest regards. Blessings.
