Within the Looking Glass: Part One
-BROKEN/STAINED--
My blood seeps from open wounds...The image once there--
not mine/no-longer appears...There's a voice that cries out--WEEPS/SOBS...
It is never heard...-HIDDEN a face--always smiling--HAPPINESS???a smile--
within--happiness don't exist...
They said a lot of things--LIES!!! They made a lot of promises--BROKEN!!!
And to see the way it is--there's no stopping it now...
It has become too--OUTRAGES!!! And there is no-where to run--no-where to hide...
There is no--SALVATION!!!
And only in time-- will it all fall...for--DEATH--is the cradle...DEATH--she stands--
ARMS OPENED...
Nobody really realizes--the destruction they have bestowed...Nobody notices they created
a--catalyst catastrophe...They turn their heads and look the other way...
They hold their heads down--SHAME/FEAR!!! For they know they could have prevented
this--SICKNESS... this--PAIN/HATE...and it is us, those after, whom SUFFER!!!
It is us, they--BLAME!!!
