Within Sight
Sun refracts through window, raising sight
See her standing within my gazing sight
Dry timbers lay in a pile awaiting spark
Fire ignites heartfelt joy in blazing sight
Lying on our backs to enjoy each night
Watch evening’s moon, each phasing sight
Noises abound through warm walls of home
Children amassed at play, a crazing sight
A life that could only have been imagined
Started one day with an amazing sight
