With You My Lord

When worries consume my faith
And the world pushes me to hate
Lead me to righteousness my Lord
Connect me to Your spiritual cord.

When I can't love myself enough
And trusting people makes it tough
Hold my hand and draw me near
To Your loving arms my doubts are cleared.

When I feel like fighting all alone
And the pain racks me to the bone
Shield me from my hopeless thoughts
Make me remember what I was taught.

When I can't see anything good
And bad doings dominate my mood
Pull me back to Your resting will
With You my Lord, I hold the wheel.
