With Open Eyes
Sight do you have it?
To open your eyes, your mind, your very being.
Seeing
What is it?
that you see; I mean do you just glimpse
or is it a peering gaze that is needed
to get you through the maze.
Now what is it that this sight,
has represented for you.
Is it just a dream that seems unreachable,
or is it an aspiration you climb towards diligently.
Sought
As for me my spirit shows me infinity
It allows me the strength to peer into eternity.
and that is more than enough to climb diligently.
