With My Hand On My Heart

With my hand on my heart
And my head towards the sky
Pledge to you my sweetheart
For you I will live I will die

I court the with word and song
Caramel kisses warm and strong
Sweet reminisces all right none wrong
Hand on heart you will never be alone

With my hand on my heart
And my heart open to you
We shall never part
Unless you wish us to

And then my love shall still wait
Like white dove trained to pray

I shall not pretend with you
Through thick and thin always true
From beginning to end your biggest fan
Wishing you victory holding your hand

With my hand on my heart 
I find your love saves
Me from the dark
And brightens my way

This journey we share with God as head
With my hand on my heart we shall be wed.
