With Love To Guide

Through nighttime shadows
Eyes pierce the very fabric of darkness
Seeking their subject, who awaits finding
Passion foretold, as searching continues
Inspires these eyes, this heart, to seek
Alone, but only for now, as darkness fades
And the light, like a beacon of revelation,
Slowly, but evidently, identifies the reason
As the sight of your beauty brightens the dark
And the heat of new found passion
Emits flames of desire and insurmountable love

This is one of those poems that makes the female get teary eyed and say "Oh Michael." Go for the gusto in 2009. God Bless. Vince
