With God’s ready strengthening…
We’re empowered against worldliness’ draining
Let’s cling to His might for faith’s bright refining
Dwelling in His will while walking toward prosperous righteousness-gaining
Energetically following His leadership in our obedient learning.
With God’s strengthening* grace-sufficiency…
We’re supplied midst scarcity and deficiency
Let’s come to His fellowship with our trust’s fervency
Devoting to His contentment while giving generously to His work by His mercy
Enthusiastically sticking to Him for His blessings to our need’s urgency.
*2Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
