Wishing To Climb
There is one thing she truly desires
A single thing that she wishes to claim
And she couldn't be labeled a lier
By saying without it, she'd waste away
She's an intricate and vast mystery
Whom no one's come close to understanding
She is a fragile broken girl, you see
Because her most vital piece is missing
Without the special piece, she cannot thrive
Now she tends to fall when she tries to climb
Asking, "Why live this way; oh why, oh why?"
When she sees a cliff, she hungers to dive
If the vital piece cannot be found
She'll make the mistake that can't be unwound
