Wish You Could Be Here
Always resenting
Each moment
Kind of relenting
Cast in cement
I know You are there
All of the time
Vanished in thin air
At the drop of a dime
This moment so crucial
Running backwards blind
So controversial
A Death wish signed
Tearing down 'bridges'
Steady coasting
Standing on 'ledges'
Got my mind floating
These words unspoken
Got to live fast
Dying and broken
Not long will it last
Never give up the fight
You've got problems
Now make them right
You still wear your 'emblems'
Do it in spite
Of all that has happened
Try with your might
To be awakened
Got a new mindset
Seeing finally clear
Never forget
That I WISH YOU COULD BE HERE
