Wish
I had a wish
That everything would change
That everything would be
Rearranged
I want something new
I know it has to do with you
I just want my wish to
Come true
I looked out the window
Covered in snow
To find my star
Wrapped in a bow
I said my words
Breath frosting over
And prayed to the lords
Who gave me a clover
It floated down
So silently
And landed on top of my nightgown
I sipped my tea
Mouth in a smile
Because I could see
That I did beguile
It would go without a fee
I cought the lucky star
I saw from afar
That from my child eyes
Looked like a fish
I smiled, and whispered a 'hi'
And said my final wish
