Wish
Wish I could feel that love like others do
So my heart will be happy and not blue
Many years I've carried this sadness around
Because each time I have always been let down
My heart aches to have that special one in my life
So one day I can finally be relieved from this strife
Tired and frustrated from dealing with this pain
But I know I must go on so I don't go in sane
Not gonna give up because patience is a virtue they say
We all at one time or another have felt this way
So for now I'll do my best and smile as much as I can
Because really in the end all we can do is just stand
