Wipe Those Eyes

Waves of sorrow, bring me to my knees.
"Get up! Your battle is won".
"No more crying, WIPE THOSE EYES". 
I can see clearly, without the tears as hope enters.
Tears come without warning but leave with open eyes.
Victory is mine, but why do you doubt?
"WIPE THOSE EYES! Straight is the way".
I am needed; much is to come, tears also.
Where would I be without you.
I do not want to know.
Life has just begun; and I have many paths ahead.
"WIPE THOSE EYES, TEARS ARE IN THE WAY"!
